Right after a surgergy, nurses make up get up and move around. We are meant to move our bodies. Your Mom had wisdom to keep moving, just like the oldest living people today. There is really something to the saying; "get up and make yourself useful". We were placed on this earth to be productive and help propel forward this thing we call life.
