I'm a Louisiana woman. Martha White is a very good brand of flour and corn meal. I wonder if the products were named after this Martha White. I can only imagine how it feels to want to sit down after a long day's work on your feet. I use to work long hours as a waitress and I couldn't wait to sit down after running all day without a break. Bless this lady for paving the path for future generations.
