I need a paradigm shift to hone my writing skills and habits to earn a living as a writer. Since only a small percentage of writers on Medium make over $100 a month, I have a lot of questions about what it takes to be successful here on Medium. Some say consistency is the key (I agree), some say quantitiy over quality ( I'm unsure), but what I'm sure of is action is required. You must write and put your work out there.
