I'll be turning 71 next month and I basically handle life with fantasy. I dream a lot of the old days, because I don't like fast living. I find being creative brings joy and learning to love everything about life brings much satisfaction that keeps us upbeat. Yes, it's all too easy for anyone to get depressed...but the key is to keep very busy at doing things you love. I too, love to garden and grow plants. It gives me the feeling of "new".
