I can relate to your journey. I've read numerous articles on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, best writing strategies etc. I respectfully took in consideration of eating the Keto diet, all plant diet...but ended up choosing the Mediterranean diet for various reasons. For one, Im more apt to stick with it and it provides most of the vitamins and minerals a body needs. Walking is my exercise of choice, because I will stick with it. As far as fast food goes...I leave it along...I discovered long ago to carry peanut butter and crackers in my purse to resist the hunger urge. Yes, turning 60 you need to pre plan for those fast food moments. But its not really hard to handle saying no, if you plan in advance. Thanks for sharing.
