3 Easy Ways to Make Extra Money While Living the Nomadic Lifestyle
Most of us could use some extra cash to make ends meet.
Every week I see more videos about older single women living in their cars, vans, motor homes, truck campers etc.
Many of these women choose this lifestyle for adventure, but some choose to live this nomadic lifestyle because of rising costs of rent.
Are you a woman who dreams of living a nomadic lifestyle but don't know how to begin? If so, you're not alone.
Many women are drawn to the freedom, adventure and simplicity of living on the road, but they may feel overwhelmed by the practical challenges and safety concerns.
That's why I recommend watching some YouTube videos by Bob Wells, a veteran nomad who has been living in his van for over 25 years. He covers everything you need to know from safety to using solar energy or how to build out a camper mini van.
His videos are informative, inspiring and entertaining. You'll learn a lot from his experience and wisdom, and you'll see that living a nomadic lifestyle is not only possible, but also rewarding and fun!
A Video Created by Bob Wells interviewing Box Van Dee.
I first met Dee online six years ago when she was living in her car. She chose to leave an abusive husband and strike out on her own. She’s done very well for herself despite many health issues she deals with everyday. Dee is a very inspiring person and has over 29,000 followers on her you tube channel. I often watch her videos.
Lots of viewers love to see Dee’s videos, because she is such an honest and real person. I think we all appreciate people who are like her.
3 Ways to Make Extra Money Living Remotely
Sell stock photos and videos
Look for remote jobs on websites like FlexJobs or Remote.co
Become a content creator
There are many more ways to make money, but I chose not to list them in this post.
#3 is what I do. I’m a content creator on Medium and Substack. I also comment on Quora and Reddit when I have the extra time.
If you have a desire for reading and writing, creating blog posts or creating digital products is a great source for making additional income to cover added expenses.
Butterflytracks.com is another wonderful source to see nomadic women who make money from you tube channels. I’m told creating and editing video is a full time job, but the skills are easy to learn for most people.
As for me, I’m quite busy with writing my blog posts. That’s all I really want to do, except for hands on activities, such as sewing, bird-watching, listening to music, meditation and hiking. Life is so short; we need to make sure we have fun and find our inner calm. Just be happy!
Should you want to get information concerning any of the 3 remote jobs, please comment below and I will help you out.
I hope you enjoyed the video I chose for this newsletter, and I will create more content for you soon.
Kindly,
Carol
