10,000 hours seem very scary to me.

10,000 hours seem very scary to me. What would 10,000 hours equate to in days and weeks? And where would I find that kind of time, since I'm working full time, have 6 kids to take care of, plus take care of my hypothryroidism? I guess where there is a will, there is a way. Could I shorten those 10,000 hours or would I be cheating myself? Just curious.
